In 2020, I flared my back picking up a book… I blamed myself with anger for not having good enough form when reaching down. I then spent the next year in a toxic cycle… Obsess over perfect robotic movement through life ➡️ BOOM. Still get a flare up. ➡️ Blame myself for still not being perfect enough. Commit to being more flawless in life’s movement.➡️ BOOM. Flare up. 🔄and so it continued🔄 Once this dead end, self limiting frame of mind left me hopeless…I pendulum swung to an extreme opposite.
